CLUB RULES AND ETIQUETTE

By joining as an Infinity Club & Cafe member or participating, you are also agreeing to abide by the rules and etiquette of the club. The rules and etiquette requirements are in place to help ensure a safe and respectful environment for club, ICC members and visitors.

Club Rules and Etiquette:
  1. Unless permitted otherwise, ICC membership is sold as official subscriptions. Subscriptions paid is not refundable and is non-transferable.
  2. All members may be required to sign any required waivers before being accepted as an ICC member or drop-in.
  3. Any misrepresentations or falsehoods (e.g. lying about the identity etc) may result in a loss of membership.
  4. Before starting play at locations of Infinity Clubs, a person must have purchased a membership or paid the drop-in fee in advance.
  5. ICC subscribers and visitors must comply with general club and particular game rules.
  6. Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/guardian atleast once during the valid subscription period to enter the club.
  7. Visitors (non-players) must restrict their activities to the immediate game areas. ICC will enforce proper conduct of players and visitors. Club reserves the right to disallow visitors.
  8. Players are limited to their accepted booking game slots after which the players must vacate the game area and wait for their next slot to play.
  9. After you finish your game, please return game equipments to designated racks, shelves and lockers.
  10. No double games allowed when there are other players not willing to play doubles.
  11. Violence, swearing, abusive or threatening language/behaviour is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Depending on the severity of the situation, offenders may be asked to vacate the club premises immediately.
  12. Please keep your cell phone ring volume down or put cell phone in vibrate mode to avoid disrupting players during the tournament matches.
  13. Players/visitors are not be allowed to interfere with the game strategy and activities of the other players during their games.
  14. Club ensures all players have equal and fair access to the games. Please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the club rules and maintain a professional and friendly environment.
  15. Visitors must respect the rules and guidelines during club tournaments and activities at all times.
  16. Smoking is only allowed inside the VIP lounge and hukka lounge of the club facilities.
  17. Food and drinks must not be consumed in the game areas, except in areas designated specifically for this purpose.
  18. Players may only use the facilities for the activities that are specific to the club games. Any illegal activity at the facility, such as betting or any other immoral activity will result in immediate cancellation of subscriptions and legal action.
  19. Visitors/players who are suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or banned substances will be refused the use of the club facilities.
  20. Visitors who contravene the rules or misuse any of the facilities may be asked to leave the club facilities either temporarily or permanently.
  21. Where damage is caused to the equipment or the facilities of the club, the player who is responsible for such damage shall be liable to pay the cost of its replacement or repair to the Club.
  22. Players who fail to pay the subscription fee or slot charges prescribed for the use of a particular facility will not be permitted to use that facility until all fees or charges due are fully paid.
  23. Players who book a facility for a group are solely responsible for the behaviour of their group including players, spectators, guests, visitors. Any behaviour likely to cause offence is not acceptable and may immediately terminate the use of the facilities in such cases.
